REFUND POLICY

Incident does not offer refunds or exchanges after a product has been delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects outlined in the warranty below. If a product has been purchased but has not been shipped, Incident will cancel your order for a 5% cancellation fee.

Incident warrants the gTar hardware product contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 DAYS from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”), including replacement coverage of a defective battery. Incident does not warrant that the operation of the gTar product will be uninterrupted or error free. Incident is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to gTar use. This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to a gTar that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Incident or (f) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the gTar. The warranty described in this paragraph, during the Warranty Period is referred to herein as the “Limited Warranty”.
